จองห้องในราคาไม่ถึงสามพัน แต่สิ่งที่ได้รู้สึกคุ้มค่าและเกินค่ามากกว่านั้น บริเวณโรงแรมและห้องพักสะอาดและใหม่มาก ห้องกว้างขวางและมีอุปกรณ์ครบ การบริการคือจุดเด่นที่สุด พนักงานใส่ใจและสุภาพมาก ไม่เคยเจอโรงแรมที่ไหนบริการดีเท่านี้ อาหารที่นี่อร่อย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะและหลากหลาย ไว้จะกลับมาใช้บริการอีกแน่นอน

Perfect hotel for a stress-free vacation. Great value for money. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and everything from the room, pool, spa, and the food was flawless. Watermelon smoothies were so good.
Only cautionary notes would be - there's a bit of noise coming in from the nearby beach clubs at night, and the breakfast menu is not that amazing - just correct. Would be great if the coffee and juice quality improves - these are where most satisfaction might come from.
Nevertheless service was really 6 star hotel equivalent from my experience, and for the value I would say it's impeccable.
Location is good too, with good cafe & restaurants around in walkable distance.
Would definitely visit here again if having vacation in Pattaya again.

โรงแรมสวย สะอาด การดูแลบริการของพี่ๆเจ้าหน้าที่ดีมากเลย โดยเฉพาะพี่เควินที่ดูแลส่วนห้องประชุมและอาหารสำหรับงานวันที่ 3 สค.66 ที่ผ่านมา พี่เค้าเตรียมห้องเตรียมสถานที่เองแทบจะทุกอย่าง และ ไม่บ่นเลยที่ลูกค้าจะขอปรับเปลี่ยนอะไร และพี่เค้าทำงานว่องไวมาก สั่งขออะไรได้ทันที ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส่ด้วยครับ ขอชื่นชมพี่เควินและพี่ๆพนักงานทุกคนด้วย

ห้องพักจองเต็ม แต่จำนวนผู้พักไม่เยอะ ค่อนข้างส่วนตัว ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นต่างชาติมากกว่าคนไทย ฟิตเนตว่าง, สปามีส่วนลด 1 แถม 1 , สระว่ายน้ำเล่นแบบมีมารยาท ไม่เสียงดัง ต่างชาติมาอ่านหนังสือ อาบแดด, ห้องอาหารอร่อย มีเมนูให้เลือกเยอะมาก ส่วนตัวจะสั่งจากเมนูเพราะจานที่เสริฟสามารถถ่ายรูปแล้วสวย

ส่วนตัวไม่ได้ไปพักที่โรงแรมนะคะ จองไปทานอาหารมื้อค่ำเฉยๆ แนะนำเลยค่ะ อาหารดี ดี ดีมากกกกกกกกก💚🩵 แต่ละจานทำใหม่ ทุกจาน เสิร์ฟแบบ A La Class พนักงานบริการดี พูดจาดี แนะนำดี น่ารักสุดๆ อาหารรสชาติแบบเกินราคามาก สั่งได้ไม่อั้นด้วย ในราคา Net 1,050 บาทนะคะ ไป พัทยา แนะนำไปทานอาหารดีดีเลยค่ะ

ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้าน เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย มีกิมมิกออเดิร์ฟ เสริฟ์แบบน่ารัก แต่รสชาติอีกเรื่อง อาจจะเพราะทำไว้นาน จะแห้งแข็ง อย่างข้าวขาหมู ข้าวก็หุงแข็งค่ะ แต่ก็มีอาหาร ขนม เครื่องดื่มให้เลือกกินได้เยอะ โดยเฉพาะสปาร์กิ้งไวน์ ถูกใจคุณผู้ชายหลายท่านมากค่ะ

ครั้งแรกที่มาพักที่นี้ ประทับใจพนักงานบริการดีมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อย ทำเลที่ตั้งวิวดีเห็นทะเล ภูเขา เดินข้ามฝั่งลงทะเลได้ตรงคาเฟ่ของทางโรงแรม เตียงนอนนุ่มสบาย ห้องใหญ่มีของครบ มุมถ่ายรูปเยอะ ขอบคุณที่ upgrade ห้องให้อยู่ในโรงแรมนี้ ยิ้มไม่หุบเลย 😭✨️จะกลับพักอีกครั้งแน่นอน

ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี ตั้งแต่ฟร้อนยันพนัหงานทำความสะาด ยันพนักงานต้อนรับ สุดเป๊ะ
หมอนนุ่ม เตียงดี จองแบบธรรมดาแต่ได้อัพเกรดห้องเป็นแบบ Elite Suite เลิศ ทำเลคือ อยู่ใกล้ร้านอาหารดังๆ เดินไปได้เลย คืนเดียวไม่พอ อาหารเช้าก็ดี ใส่ใจทุกเมนูจริงๆ สารอาหารครบ เลิศ

I had a wonderful stay at Cross Pattaya Pratamnak. The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and the bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast exceeded my expectations. While the buffet offered a good selection of salads, sausages, ham, pastries, and yogurt, the real highlight was the delicious à la carte menu that guests can order from. I also appreciated the sparkling wine available at breakfast, which added a nice touch to the experience.
What impressed me most was the service. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, I was in Pattaya for work, so I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the facilities and atmosphere. I will definitely come back again for a relaxing holiday.

ประทับใจมากๆ ตั้งแต่ใช้บริการโรงแรมมารวมถึงตัวเองเป็นพนักงานโรงแรมด้วย ที่นี่บริการดีมาก พนักงานตอนเช็คอินคุณแนนหน้าฟร้อน รวมไปถึงเบลแมนจนถึงพี่พี่ยามดูแลดีมากตั้งแต่เช็คอินยันเช็คเอาท์และเราจะไปเกาะล้านต่อ ทางพนักงานก็ให้ฝากรถไว้ที่โรงแรมได้น่ารักมากๆ ไว้มีโอกาสจะกลับไปอีกนะคะ

ห้องพักทันสมัย สวย สงบ ไมได้อยู่ในย่านพลุกพล่าน โรงแรมนี้ดีมากคือ อาหารเช้า ให้เยอะมากมีทั้ง ala carte เมนูมีวากิว ไข่ปลาคาเวียร์ และมีส่วนบุพเฟ่อาหารเช้าปกติด้วย แต่ที่นี้ไม่เหมือนที่อื่นตรงที่มีเครื่องทำน้ำ cold press juice และมี sparking wine ด้วย
การบริการมีทั้ง welcome drink, goodnight drink, sleeping set, goodbye cookie.

Our recent stay at Cross Pratamnak Pattaya was truly delightful. The family room provided a comfortable haven for our two-year-old and five-year-old. The highlight was the enjoyable pool, offering a refreshing and entertaining space for our short two-night stay. The well-maintained pool area added an extra layer of enjoyment.
Additionally, breakfast was a treat with a diverse selection of delicious options. It made for a delightful start to our day.
In summary, our family had a wonderful time. The family-friendly atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and the pleasant pool at Cross Pratamnak Pattaya made it a memorable getaway. We highly recommend it to fellow travelers, especially those with young children.

I'm delighted to have stayed at this hotel from March 13th to March 15th. I was satisfied from check-in to check-out. Due to a sudden situation, we arrived very late from Bangkok to Pattaya. The reception staff were very professional in assisting us with check-in, providing complimentary drinks upon arrival. On the day of check-out, a helpful staff member reminded us that we could leave our luggage at a nearby restaurant while we had lunch. Additionally, my girlfriend forgot her white jacket on the bed, and we were able to retrieve it smoothly. Thank you for your assistance. The only downside was that we stayed in a room with an adjoining door to another room, resulting in poor soundproofing.

ชอบค่ะ ต้องกลับมาซ้ำ เครือ Cross ไม่ทำให้ผิดหวัง โรงแรม สวย ถ่ายรูปสวยมาก โดยเฉพาะสระว่ายน้ำ เดินไปหาดไม่กี่ นาทีถึง มองเห็นวิวทะเล วิวเกาะล้านจากห้องด้วยค่ะ อาหาร เช้านัมเบอร์วันมาก a la acarte buffet มีเสิร์ฟสปาร์คกลิ้ง ไวน์ด้วย มีไลน์อาหารให้ตักเองด้วย เอาไป 10/10 เลยค่ะ

ทุกอย่างเพอเฟคมาก พนักงานบริการดีมากกๆๆ ตั้งแต่เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยไปจนถึง front manager แม้จะเป็นคนไทยก็บริการดีเท่าเทียมต่างชาติ ขอชื่นชมค่ะ ไว้มีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ ชอบทุกๆอย่างเลย welcome drink อร่อยมากกกก อาหารเช้าก็เพอเฟค แต่ kid's club ควรเพิ่มของเล่นจะดีมากๆๆๆเลยค่ะ

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Wirklich auf Service ausgelegt, ich bin sehr begeistert.
Leider durch die Klimaanlagen und Abluftanlagen der Restaurants auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite nachts n bischen lauter.
Das essen war gut und Ausreichend.
Das wirklich einzige Manko war:
Last Christmas, Feliz Navidat und all I want for Christmas in 24std Dauerschleife…

- อาหารอร่อย เกือบทุกจาน เชฟตั้งใจคิด ตั้งใจทำดีมากก
- ปริมาณอาหารพอดีๆ ไม่ใหญ่ สามารถชิมแล้วสั่งซ้ำได้
แนะนำให้จองล่วงหน้า เพราะคนน่าจะเยอะขึ้นแน่นอน

I had such a lovely stay here — everything from start to finish was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly attentive and made the experience feel very personal. The pool is absolutely divine — one of the highlights for sure.
But the real standout was the a la carte buffet dinner. It’s not just good — it’s great, and absolutely worth it.
Location-wise, the hotel is in a quieter part of Pattaya, away from the heavy tourist crowds, which made it perfect for a relaxing break from Bangkok. There are lots of charming beach clubs and seaside restaurants just a short walk away.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful escape with great food, lovely service, and a beautiful pool to unwind by.
